The facts below reflect the current version of the app: no personal information is collected, stored, or transmitted by us anywhere; no analytics or tracking tools are used; the app has no server-side backend; and all in-app purchases are handled by Apple.
This policy explains how information is handled when you use the Flourish iOS application (“Flourish”, “the app”). It applies to the app only, and not to any third-party service you may reach from it.

Flourish is designed to work without an account. Garden contents, unlocked worlds and settings are stored on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information anywhere. No analytics or tracking tools are used. We do not have access to your garden data.
Because we do not collect personal information, there is no data processing for analytics, advertising, or profiling. Any data created in the app remains under your control on your device.
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple. We do not receive, store, or have access to your payment card details, purchase history, or Apple account information. We do not operate any server-side purchase validation or store purchase identifiers.
The only third-party service involved in Flourish is Apple, which handles App Store purchases and app distribution in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy. We do not integrate any other third-party SDKs, analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
Flourish is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are under 13, please do not use the app.
Flourish has no server-side backend. We do not collect, store, or retain personal information anywhere. Your garden data, settings, and unlocked worlds are stored locally on your device and are removed when the app is deleted. Apple may retain purchase records according to its own policies.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port or restrict the use of personal information, and to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Because Flourish does not collect or process personal information, most data-protection requests will not apply. We will still respond to any questions or concerns sent to our contact address.
We do not transfer personal information internationally because we do not collect or store it. The security of your device and its data is handled by iOS protections and your own device settings.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

These terms govern your use of Flourish. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Flourish on Apple devices you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or redistribute the app or its content except as permitted by law.
Please do not attempt to disrupt the app, circumvent purchase mechanisms, or use the app in a way that breaks applicable law.
All in-app purchases in Flourish are consumable. Seeds, elements and worlds are virtual items licensed for use within the app. They have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be lost if the app is deleted or a device is reset.
Purchases are made through Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies. Statutory withdrawal and consumer rights are unaffected.
Flourish may change over time. Features, worlds and elements may be added, altered or withdrawn, and the app may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons outside our control.

Flourish is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Where we can lawfully limit our liability, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to Flourish is capped at the total amount you paid for in-app purchases in Flourish in the twelve (12) months immediately before the claim.
Apple is not a party to these terms and has no obligation to provide support for Flourish. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
